KETTLEBELL HOME WORKOUT

In this short post a kettlbell home workout! Are you ready?

This photos are taken on the roof of my new home, how cool is that? The cage color also matches with the bra.. uhu uhu…that is cool right?!. And as you can see I also bought something else…Yes the kettlebell. There will be soon a whole blogpost about a kettlebell workout too. But for now I’d like to tell you what I was doing on the rooftop that day. It’s a short but effective workout you can also do at home:

I started with a warming up (I ran 5 minutes around 12km/h).

Repeat this set for four times:

– 15 push-ups
– 20 sit-ups
– 15 kettlebell swings

Then cool down by walking around 10 minutes and you’ll feel fulfilled.
