The ordinary squat is an absolute must to add to your leg day to sculp your feminine booty! It will strengthen your glutes, hamstrings and your core stability. You can variate a lot with the ordinary version. You can add weights or use a kettlebel for example, you can also try squads with dumbbells or a medicine ball. There’s a lot of possibilities. And the best thing is, you can do it at home or in your garden, or in the gym, just everywhere. But it’ s really important to do it in the right way! Otherwise serious injuries could occur and ofcourse you’ll not train as effective as it could be! So I’ll explain in stept how you squat the right way!
This is how you squat like a boss girls:
Step 1: Stand up with your feet wider than your shoulders.
Step 2: Squat down as low as possible until your knees are bent about 90 degrees and never let your knees cross the plain of your toes!.
note: Always keep your back straight and make sure your heels are on the ground!
Step 3: Press yourself back up while coming back into the starting position again.
Step 4: Repeat the movement ( I prefer to squat 5 x 30 times)
