Today it’s time for the second sportpost in which I will explain you can achieve everything you want with persistence, consistency and focus! It’s all about your lifestyle, not about all those ’30days challenges’ or ‘fit in a couple of weeks programms’. It’s your lifestyle that has to be healthy and consistent…And when you’re searching for that one person that will change your life forever…. take a look in the mirror!! And JUST START!
This mirror pictures are just a symbol for the truth that it’s so easy to get lost in your own thoughts and feelings. But if you don’t like something and you keep complaining…nothing will change. Just look in the mirror and fix it! Don’t complain, it solves nothing. Make sure you can look in the mirror and be happy with yourself.
Begin by being kind to yourself. That may sound self-evident or even arrogant, but too many people skip this first important step and try to make themselves happy by chasing ever-higher goals, or holding themselves to ever-greater standards of perfection. Many girls want to look like other girls… WRONG! Just be you and try to reach your own goals by beating yourself not her or anyone else. Confidence isn’t walking into a room with your nose in the air and thinking that you’re better than everyone else or something, it’s walking into a room and not having to compare yourself to anyone else in the first place.
Okay so lot of girls ask me, how is it possible you can eat ice cream, chocolate, cookies, pizza and french fries and all those bad things and still looking healthy…
That’s lifestyle girls. I could write you a million motivation quotes, I could show you thousands of inspiring photos, I could tell you hundreds of healthy meals but the truth is… You need to get off your ass and work for your body EVERY SINGLE DAY! And if you excercise daily (that’s what I always did and still try to do, sometimes even twice a day), eat healthy (more about that in the next sporty blogpost) and work hard you can eat those unhealthy treats to reward yourself. Not very often ofcourse, but sure you can eat them. We all have those moments when we screp up and skip a workout or eat a really bad meal, but that isn’t wrong and doesn’t make you a bad person. It makes you human. But it’s about the next day when you have to get yourself back together and kick some ass again.
Okay, but then what’s a good lifestyle? There’s not one perfect lifestyle or something. And of course it depends on your goals. For those who wants to know what my motivation is…I always want my body to be leaner, stronger and healthier. I never want to compare and I don’t want to complain, I want to take charge of my life, my body and mind. Soooo my goal is actually to be happy in my own body and that’s it.
I know many girls are asking especially about my lifestyle but I want to emphasize that my lifestyle is not ‘the best one’ or ‘perfect one’. But because many of you are asking me about it and because I get so many questions about how often I excercise and what kinda trainings I do, I will tell you my weekly routine ( how often I excersice, which kinda excercises, what I eat and so on) in the next sporty blogpost. But for now I want you first to think about your own lifestyle (what do you wanna change?) and to set some goals (what do you want to achieve?) If you know that…
Then my next sporty blogpost including my week schedule could maybe help you as a sort of foothold to achieve those goals and as an example of one healthy lifestyle.
